Alice has been a licensed agent for more than 16 years and started in real estate as an office manager for a local real estate firm. Her extensive background as personnel and benefits administrator for an environmental/civil engineering firm allows her to service her clients in a professional, detail-oriented manner. Alice's philosophy includes continually educating herself in order to meet the client's needs.
Alice holds the Graduate of REALTORŪ's Institute (GRI) designation (What is a GRI?
Why use a REALTOR(R) with a GRI?). The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTORŪ who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a 90-hour course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ.
Alice has also been certified as a Historic House Specialist by the Waterfront Historic Area League, which attests to her knowledge of the local, historical architecture that is so prevalent and admired on the South Coast.
Finally, Alice is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).
Alice speaks Portuguese fluently and enjoys working with people. She currently lives in Dartmouth with her husband and triplet daughters.
