(see Not All Real Estate Companies are Alike). A multiple listing service is an information
exchange between REALTORS ®. This allows them to work cooperatively
to market your home. Any REALTOR ® participating in the service must
provide access to all their listings and has access to the listings of
other REALTORS ®.
Olde Dartmouth Sotheby's International Realty is now able to make the listings of
the Property Information Network (PIN) and
MLS available
to you. Sign-up above to search the MLS and/ or have us send you
daily emails that describe any new listings as well as any updates
to existing listings on properties that meet your specific search
criteria.
This feature includes no advertising. Daily updates are sent from
Olde Dartmouth Sotheby's International Realty, and your information
will never be shared with anyone else. This tool is completely
private and customizable by you. In the daily emails, you can gain
access to search for properties that meet
your needs. If you see information on any property that
you would like to see, just give us a call at 508-996-6562 or email
us to arrange a showing. Don't forget, Olde Dartmouth
can sell you any property listed in MLS PIN as well as any other
property for sale in MA or RI. Some properties are not
listed in PIN, so feel free to fill out the Dream
Home Finder tool on this site and we will have an agent search
additional databases to find all properties that are available.
